Terms and Conditions
- The promotion period of this campaign (“campaign period”) is from 13th April 2023 to 14th May 2023 (both dates inclusive).
- The Welcome dining coupon is applicable upon dine-in at any participating Royal hotels (incl. The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL), with no minimum spending requirement. The coupon cannot be used at buffet breakfast and Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant (ifc mall). Advanced reservation is required and a maximum of two (2) Dining Coupons from the same member can be used per table per consumption. The coupon is not applicable to blackout dates, including 2 days prior to the Chinese New Year, the 1st / 2nd /3rd day of Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and its eve, Father’s Day and its eve, Mid-Autumn Festival and its eve, as well as the 20th – 26th and 31st of December. Additional blackout dates at The Royal Garden – Fine Foods Shop include 1st – 20th Jan, 10th – 19th December and 27th – 30th December. Additional blackout dates at Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL: the 4th day of Chinese New Year.
- The “Celebration Relay” Mall Coupons are electronic shopping vouchers, and the redemption passes are electronic redemption passes. Only those who have signed up as Go Royal members during the campaign period will receive the redemption passes through Go Royal APP. Members must arrive at designated locations of participating malls (Including Metroplaza, Tsuen Wan Plaza, MOKO & New Town Plaza) and present 1 shopping voucher redemption pass in Go Royal APP to redeem 1 respective shopping voucher. Once redeemed successfully, the shopping voucher will be issued via The Point APP. Members can redeem different shopping vouchers in participating malls, but he/she can only redeem one designated shopping voucher in each respective mall.
- To redeem the shopping voucher, members must present the redemption pass in Go Royal APP to redeem the voucher at designated malls within 14 days from the date of issue. This redemption pass cannot be extended, replaced or reissued if it is expired.
- Shopping vouchers and redemption passes are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Shopping vouchers and redemption passes cannot be transferred and must be used together with a valid Go Royal membership. Shopping vouchers and redemption passes are non-refundable, cannot be used as cash vouchers, and are not exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
- The terms and conditions of the shopping vouchers and redemption passes are subjected by Go Royal, Metro Plaza, Tsuen Wan Plaza, MOKO and New Town Plaza. For details of the shopping vouchers, please refer to the redemption passes in the Go Royal APP or inquire at the customer service centre of the participating malls. Go Royal, Metro Plaza, Tsuen Wan Plaza, MOKO and New Town Plaza reserve the right to modify the offer, terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Go Royal, Metro Plaza, Tsuen Wan Plaza, MOKO and New Town Plaza reserve the right to the final decision.
- Staycation and hotel dining rewards during the campaign period are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The images of the rewards are for reference only, and the discount rate is calculated based on the suggested retail price and does not include the points required.
- Go Royal purple members (as of May 14, 2023) must accumulate a minimum of HK$3,000 in hotel dining expenses during the campaign period and earn no less than 3,000 points on the Go Royal APP with relevant consumption records to be eligible for a Complimentary 1-Month Gold Membership Experience. The Complimentary 1-Month Gold Membership Experience will commence on June 1, 2023 and end on June 30, 2023. Relevant hotel dining expenses including dining expenses in The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL; excluding Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant (ifc mall) and spending after banquet/events; with no limit to the number of accumulations.
- The Complimentary 1-Month Gold Membership Experience does not include the following additional offers: " Go Royal Gold Dining Coupons – HK$100 Dining Coupon", " Go Royal Gold bonus vouchers – Complimentary Birthday Cake", and " Go Royal Gold bonus vouchers – Complimentary Buffet Lunch".
- Go Royal members who upgrade to Gold membership or delete their accounts from 13 April 2023 till 31 May 2023 will not be eligible for the Complimentary 1-Month Gold Membership Experience nor additional bonus vouchers.
- The additional bonus vouchers included in the Complimentary 1-Month Gold Membership Experience will expire on June 30, 2023 without prior notice. Upon the expiry, the membership will automatically be switched back to Purple membership, keeping all existing points in the account. Members can continue enjoying the privileges of Gold membership by paying the membership fee.
