Definitions
Unless otherwise defined, these terms should have the following meanings:
“Go Royal by SHKP” (“Go Royal”) means a hotel loyalty programme managed and operated
by Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited ("SHK Real"). The programme covers The Royal
Garden, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel, ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL and
Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant at ifc mall (collectively “Participating Hotels and restaurant”).
The applicable participating hotels and restaurants are subject to change without prior
notice.
“The Point by SHKP” (“The Point”) means an integrated loyalty programme covering
designated participating SHKP Malls (collectively “SHKP Malls”). The Point is a coalition
loyalty programme of Go Royal. For details of The Point, please visit The Point website at
www.thepoint.com.hk/en/
or The Point App.
“Point” means a point earned by Go Royal Members, with 1 The Point bonus point earned for
every HK$1 Qualifying Spending at Participating Hotels and Restaurant.
“Member” means any person who joined in and remains as a Go Royal member regardless what
membership type this person holds.
“Go Royal Purple Member” means eligible individuals who have successfully completed the Go
Royal membership enrolment and became a Go Royal member.
“Go Royal Gold Member” means a Go Royal member who has made a designated annual membership
fee.
“Qualifying Room Reservation Channels” means Participating Hotels' official hotel room
reservation channels, such as Participating Hotels' websites, Go Royal Mobile App, Participating
Hotels' official telephone reservation hotlines and emails, and other Participating Hotels
approved hotel room reservation channels as may be specified by Participating Hotels from time
to time. Unless otherwise specified, third party online platforms, online service providers or
online travel agents, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, TripAdvisor.com etc, are not Qualifying
Room Reservation Channels.
“Qualifying Stays” means the hotel stays that a Go Royal member pays and stays at any
Participating Hotel through Qualifying Room Reservation Channels, and settled with e-payment.
"Qualifying Incidental Charges" means any Qualifying Spending, e.g. food and beverage,
spa, laundry etc. charged to a Member's room at a Participating Hotel, and settled with
e-payment.
"Qualifying Events" means a wedding, meeting, social event, or outside catering that is
booked by a Go Royal member and held at any Participating Hotel. The event is settled with
e-payment by the member.
“Qualifying Event Charges” means all Qualifying Events related spending under a single
transaction, including room spend under Qualifying Stays, function room rental, related
catering, meeting and conference packages but excluding any expenses payable to third party
suppliers and any deductible event credit.
"Qualifying Spending" means any spending on Qualifying Stays, Qualifying Events, food &
beverage and Spa & Massages, made with e-payment at any Participating Hotels and Restaurant; and
takeaway & delivery service, eShop, and rewards redemption (excludes points redemption portion)
through Go Royal mobile app.
"Non-Qualifying Spending" means spending which does not qualify for Points earning
including consumption of gift certificates or vouchers, complimentary service, points-redeemed
portion of rewards, fees (e.g. late cancellation fee, no-show fee, cancellation penalties etc.),
Participating Hotels' food booth outside hotel area, takeaway & delivery service and eShop
spending through Participating Hotels' official websites directly, takeaway & delivery service
of participating Hotels and Restaurants through third party channels, e.g. Deliveroo, OpenRice
etc., third party services contracted out by hotels, taxes, and doctor consultation and
medication fees.
"Rewards" means any reward of rooms, food and beverage, spas, eShops or coupons for use at
Participating Hotels, which may be redeemed by using the required number of The Point Bonus
Points by a Member.
General Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility for Go Royal membership is at the sole discretion of Go Royal. Go Royal has the
right to reject any application.
- Only individuals can be enrolled in Go Royal. Go Royal membership will not be extended to
corporations or other legal entities.
- Only customers who have successfully completed the enrolment process via the Go Royal Mobile
App (which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store) are eligible to become
Go Royal Purple Members and enjoy member privileges.
- Go Royal Mobile App only supports iPhone 6.0 or above and iOS 9.0 or above, and Android 5.0
or above.
- Successful enrolment of membership will be deemed to be the acceptance of all Terms and
Conditions, Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement of Go
Royal, and subsequently, a digital membership card with a membership number will be issued
to a newly enrolled Member. Membership and bonus points are non-transferable and may only be
used by the Member.
- SHK Real reserves the right to suspend, withdraw and/or discontinue Membership rights and
benefits, including, without limitation, suspension of a Member’s access to electronic login
accounts or de-activation of such login account, if SHK Real has reasonable grounds for
suspecting, in its sole discretion, that a Member has: (i) acted in a manner inconsistent
with or violated any applicable laws or regulations; (ii) acted in a manner inconsistent
with, breached or violated any of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) engaged in any
fraudulent, dishonest or deceptive behaviour, theft, misconduct or wrongdoing in connection
with his/her Membership account, including without limitation, involving Reward redemption
or other Member benefits; or (iv) failed or refused to pay any bills or accounts due to SHK
Real or any Participating Hotel. The measures set out above may result in a Member’s loss of
accumulated The Point bonus points, the cancellation of Go Royal benefits and privileges. In
addition, SHK Real shall reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal
action, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its
sole discretion.
- SHK Real reserves the right to modify the structure and content of Go Royal at any time
without prior notice, including the App, points earning, conversion and expiry dates of
points, rewards and offers, redemption and use of rewards and offers, these terms and
conditions, other items, and termination of Go Royal. It is the responsibility of members to
keep themselves up to date in respect to the structure and content of Go Royal, including
these terms and conditions. Earning bonus points and redeeming rewards and offers will be
deemed as acceptance of all relevant changes. SHK Real will not be liable for any losses or
damages resulting from changes to the structure and content of Go Royal by SHKP, including
these terms and conditions.

- The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any
inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese and English versions.
- All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute
discretion of SHK Real.
Join Go Royal
a. About Go Royal and The Point Memberships
- Go Royal and The Point are both managed and operated by SHK Real. Go Royal is a coalition
loyalty programme of The Point by using The Point bonus points as a loyalty currency.
- Customers can only register as a Go Royal Purple member through Go Royal Mobile App.
- The enrolment of Go Royal membership will result in the registration of The Point membership at the same
time, in order to earn The Point bonus points with Qualifying Spending at Participating Hotels and
Restaurant, and use The Point bonus points to redeem hotels and other rewards.
By enrolling as a Go Royal and The Point member, it represents that members expressly consent to Go
Royal and The Point collecting their personal information, and such personal information
will only be used for Go Royal and The Point membership application.
- For customers who are existing The Point members, they may register for Go Royal membership through Go
Royal Mobile App directly. The Point members should simply use their The Point registered mobile number
and password to verify their The Point member identity, and complete the Go Royal Purple membership registration
when register on Go Royal App.
By submitting The Point login information during Go Royal membership registration,
it represents that customers expressly consent to The Point transferring their personal information,
including Chinese and English names, titles, birthday month, age, residential region and district,
default language, mobile number, and email address, to Go Royal, and such personal information will
only be used for Go Royal membership application.
- Go Royal and The Point Members expressly consent to Go Royal and The Point transferring between their members’ personal information for the purpose of the Programmes. Go Royal and The Point will use their own members’ personal information subject to Go Royal Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement (www.goroyal.com.hk/en/privacy.html), and The Point Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement (www.thepoint.com.hk/en/privacy-policy.html) respectively.
- Go Royal members share the same account log in credential with their
The Point memberships and manage both Go Royal and The Point memberships.

After successful registration, Go Royal members can enjoy member benefits and privileges, and login to use Go Royal Mobile App.

Points balance and Participating Hotels and Restaurant related points history will only be shown on Go
Royal Mobile App after customers becoming Go Royal Member.

The point balance shown on Go Royal Mobile App, is the same as on The Point App,
which reflects the total balance of member’s The Point bonus points.

Go Royal Mobile App will only display point history and rewards record that are related to the
Participating Hotels and Restaurant. Member’s point history and rewards transactions
that are related to SHKP malls can be found on The Point App.
- Go Royal members could also earn The Point bonus points with spending at designated
participating Malls, and receipt upload on The Point App for the spending at the
participating Malls is required in order to earn points at the participating Malls.

b. Go Royal Member Registration
- Go Royal is open to individuals aged 11 or above. For customers who are under the age of 18,
they should obtain consent from their parent or guardian before applying for a Go Royal
membership.
- Members must register a correct and valid mobile number from Hong Kong, Mainland, Macau or
Taiwan to receive an SMS authentication code. Members must be the legitimate owner of the
registered mobile number (Note: the SMS authentication code will only be sent to the
member's registered mobile number, i.e. if the member has turned on SMS Divert service, the
SMS authentication code will still be only sent to the registered mobile number, but not the
other mobile number that the member has diverted to). Welcome email(s) will be sent to the
new member after successful registration for their records.
- Members must register an email address which they frequently use. In case members forgot
their password, a new password will be sent to this email address.

Go Royal Member registration will result in The Point Member Registration at the same time.
As Go Royal members share the same membership account to log in and manage both Go Royal and
The Point memberships, no matter members request for a new password through Go Royal Mobile
App or The Point App, they will be resetting their password for both Go Royal and The Point
accounts.
- Go Royal or Participating Hotels take no responsibility for any undelivered SMS, push
notifications or emails.
- Members must ensure that the information submitted on the registration form is authentic,
accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud.

Member is entitled to the welcome offers once upon the first login. Go Royal will,
in their absolute discretion, determine Go Royal member's entitlement to the welcome offers.
- Go Royal or Participating Hotels reserve the sole right to determine a person's eligibility
for the Go Royal membership and forfeit the Go Royal welcome offer without prior notice.
- Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Virtual mobile number
is not accepted to be used for registration. Each mobile number can only be registered by
one member. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or holding more than one
membership accounts by the same individual will not be accepted. Go Royal and The Point
shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately (i) suspend or terminate such
memberships; (ii) forfeit all the bonus points; and (iii) disqualify the member’s rights of
further reward redemption.
- If members have changed their mobile number, members must contact Go Royal team by email at
info@goroyal.com.hk
immediately and register a new membership with Go Royal with the new mobile number through
Go Royal Mobile App. If members are found to have registered with
Go Royal and The Point memberships with a mobile number that they do not own legitimately,
The Participating Hotels and SHKP Malls have the right to suspend or terminate such
memberships without any prior notice.
- Members should double-check their point records and details after any updates. All member
data, bonus point and reward redemption records stored by Go Royal and The Point are final
and conclusive.
- Go Royal Members should keep their Go Royal membership numbers, passwords and email
addresses strictly confidential and secure. Members are fully responsible for any use of
their accounts by any other person (including any third parties, whether used with or
without the member's authorization).
- Staff at the Participating Hotels ("hotels staff") shall have the right to request members
to present a valid identification document in order to verify the member data shown on the
members' mobile phone.
Go Royal and Participating Hotels reserve the right to suspend
or terminate any Go Royal membership without any prior notice if members use any accounts
that belong to another person, or are found to be dishonest in their application for
membership or exercise of member privileges.

If members wish to cancel their Go Royal memberships, they can request account deletion on Go Royal App directly,
email info@goroyal.com.hk,
contact Go Royal team at (852) 2827 8636 or WhatsApp (852) 9220 6659. Members must provide Go Royal membership number,
member name, registered mobile number and email address when send the request through email or phone call.
The membership cancellation or account deletion will be processed within 40 days.
- Upon termination of Go Royal membership, all unused rewards in the Go Royal member’s
account will be forfeited without further notice. All unredeemed points will still be kept
at the member’s The Point member account (unless this member’s The Point account is also
deleted). Any personal data related to the account will be retained for nine (9) months
following the termination of your Go Royal membership.
- Membership will end automatically upon the decease of the Member and The Point bonus points
earned but not redeemed at the time of death, as well as benefits and privileges will be
cancelled.

If a member wishes to cancel his/her The Point membership or delete the account, the request should be submitted directly to The Point. Given Go Royal and The Point share the same loyalty points account, deleting The Point member account will lead to the deletion of Go Royal member account. Upon the member’s account deletion, the member will no longer be able to earn The Point bonus points with Qualifying Spending at participating Hotels and Restaurants, nor login to manage both The Point and Go Royal memberships.
c. Go Royal Membership Type
- Go Royal offers two (2) membership types – Go Royal Purple Member and Go Royal Gold Member.
- Requirements to apply or renew membership types are indicated below:

If a Go Royal Gold Member does not renew his/her Go Royal Gold status upon expiry,

d. Go Royal Member Benefits

Go Royal Members must present their Digital Membership Card through Go Royal Mobile App upon check-in at Participating Hotels
or when paying the bill at Participating Hotel, Restaurants or Cake Shops in order to enjoy the member benefits. Customers
who are not able to present his/her Digital Membership Card that entitled to such member benefits may be charged with the payment discrepancy
- Go Royal Members can earn double bonus points for their Qualifying Spending in the birthday month
with an up to 30,000 extra bonus points per year (Note: Not counted as part of the Birthday Double
Bonus Points offered by The Point). Food Ordering & Points Plus Cash reward redemption at The Point
App are not eligible for Go Royal’s Birthday Offer.

cake shops or take-away; spending at Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant (ifc mall) or eShop is not applicable.
- Go Royal Gold Members will enjoy the following dining discounts.

Go Royal Gold Members will enjoy a 5% discount on wedding menus at all Participating Hotels, and a 15%
discount on standard banquet menus at all Participating Hotels (10% discount on standard banquet menus at
The Royal Garden Hotel). Discounts will be offered to a maximum of 3 tables only for each of the
Participating Hotels.

All discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions,
discounted items and special price items. Discounts will be offered to a maximum of twenty-four
(24) persons at any food & beverage outlets per transaction.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts will be based on the published price of the food,
beverage and pastries listed on the main menu. Discounts are not applicable to tea and
condiments (if provided), service charges, bottle sales, cigarettes, ticket sales, coupons
or vouchers, hampers, festive items, other non-food & beverage consumptions in the
restaurant and set menus as decided by the hotels. Royal Hotels reserve the right of final
decision.
Dining discounts are not applicable to blackout dates, including 2 days prior to the Chinese New Year, the 1st / 2nd /3rd day of Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and its eve, Father’s Day and its eve, Mid-Autumn Festival and its eve, as well as the 20th – 26th and 31st of December.
Additional blackout dates at The Royal Garden – Fine Foods Shop include 1st – 20th Jan, 10th – 19th December and 27th – 30th December.
Additional blackout dates at Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL – the 4th day of Chinese New Year.
Blackout dates may vary every year. Please check with individual hotels for details.

SHK Real reserves the right to amend or withdraw any benefits and services at any time without prior notice.
“Biometric Authentication” Function
Login to the “Go Royal” Mobile App and redeem rewards using “Biometric Authentication” function.
- Use of the “Biometric Authentication” function to login to the “Go Royal” Mobile App (“the
App”) and redeem rewards is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By registering and
activating the “Biometric Authentication” function in the App with your mobile phone or
mobile device ("Designated Device"), you will be regarded as having accepted and will be
bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please
do not register and activate the “Biometric Authentication” function in the App with any
Designated Device.
- When you use “Biometric Authentication” function to login to the App and redeem rewards, you
are using the fingerprint and facial map (as applicable) that is stored on your Designated
Device to authenticate your identity, instead of account password. The App will access the
biometric identity sensor in your Designated Device to perform the authentication using the
information on that sensor. “Go Royal” will not collect and store your biometric credentials
in any event.
- You should ensure that you only store your own biometric credentials on your Designated
Device and use your own biometric credentials to login to the App and redeem rewards.
Notwithstanding this clause, if you store any other person’s biometric credentials on your
Designated Device, you will be taken to have permitted that other person to use his/her
biometric credentials to access your “Go Royal” member account, including but not limited to
redeeming your rewards and obtaining your bonus points.
- You should not use facial map for authentication if you have an identical twin sibling or if
your facial features are developing or are expected to change.
- The “Biometric Authentication” function and the biometric identity sensor are built into the
mobile phone or module on members’ permitted mobile device and provided and operated by
third party service providers. “Go Royal” does not operate nor control the “Biometric
Authentication” function and biometric identity sensor. “Go Royal” is not responsible for
any issues arising from, including but not limited to the related technology and their
performance. Please contact your mobile phone or mobile device service provider if you have
any queries, opinions and complaints.
- “Go Royal” reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the use of the “Biometric
Authentication” function in mobile phone or mobile device to login to the App and redeem
rewards, and the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior
notice. In case of disputes, decision of “Go Royal” is final.
- Apple, iPhone, Touch ID and Face ID are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered or in the process of being registered in the US and other countries.
Android™ is a trademark of Google LLC.
Other Hotel Services

The below services operated by each Participating Hotel individually will be provided to members through Go Royal Mobile App,
including Room Booking, Table Booking, Takeaway & Delivery Service, and eShop.
- SHK Real reserves the right to amend or withdraw any hotel services provided through Go Royal Mobile App at any time without prior notice.

Usage of such Participating Hotels Services is subject to each Participating Hotel’s relevant Terms and Conditions.
By completing a booking or a transaction of such hotels services through Go Royal Mobile App,
it represents Go Royal member’s consent to the relevant Terms and Conditions,
Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement of such hotels.
Earn The Point Bonus Points
a. General Conditions

Go Royal Members can earn 1 The Point bonus point for every HK$1 Qualifying Spending at the Participating Hotels and Restaurant.
- By earning The Point bonus points with Qualifying Spending from any Participating Hotels and
Restaurant, it represents that the members expressly consent to Go Royal, Participating
Hotels and Restaurant, and The Point to transfer their Member’s transaction information
(such as hotel name, shop name, transaction date, time, spending amount, receipt number, and
payment method) for the purpose of calculating bonus points to be issued to members.
- The Point bonus points may be awarded for Qualifying Stays, Qualifying Spending and
Qualifying Events at Participating Hotels and Restaurant. If in doubt, Members should
contact Participating Hotels for further clarification on exclusions and/or limitations
before making reservations or spend.
- The bill for Qualifying Stays, Qualifying Events, and Qualifying Spending must be made in the Go Royal Member’s
name and that Member must personally pay for all charges in order to earn points. A Member’s Go Royal Membership
number cannot be used by anyone else to earn points, rewards, promotion bonus points or changed Membership type.
If a Member breaches this clause, the relevant points, rewards, promotion bonus points or changed Membership type
will be forfeited and the Members involved will have their Go Royal Membership terminated. All of their benefits
and privileges shall cease forthwith and their The Point bonus points will be forfeited immediately.

Members must present their Go Royal Digital Membership Card through Go Royal Mobile App upon check-in at
a Participating Hotel to earn points with Qualifying Stays.
- Members must present their Digital Membership Card through Go Royal Mobile App when paying
the bill at Participating Hotels and Restaurant in order to earn points with Qualifying Spending.
- Members need to settle the bill through e-payment in order to earn The Point bonus points.
- The Point bonus points will be credited to the Member’s account within 2 days after payment
of charges in full by the Member for Qualifying Stays at check-out, Qualifying Events or
Qualifying Spending.

You are not able to earn The Point bonus points for any consumption of gift certificates or vouchers, complimentary service,
points redeemed portion of rewards, fees (e.g. late cancellation fee, no-show fees, cancellation penalties etc.),
Participating Hotels' food booth outside hotel area, takeaway & delivery service and eShop
spending through Participating Hotels' official websites directly, takeaway & delivery service of
participating Hotels and Restaurant through third party channels, e.g. Deliveroo, OpenRice etc., valet parking,
third party services contracted out by hotels, taxes, doctor consultation and medication fees.
- There is no upper limit for bonus point earning per Go Royal member per transaction (except for Qualifying Events).
- The Point bonus points have two expiry dates each year, 31 March and 30 September. This
means that points earned from 1 October in the previous year to 31 March this year will
expire on 31 March of the next year, and must be used to redeem rewards on or before 31
March of the next year. Points earned from 1 April to 30 September this year will expire on
30 September of the next year and must be used to redeem rewards on or before 30 September
of the next year. Expired points will be forfeited automatically.
- Go Royal’s Birthday Double bonus Points Offer: Members can earn double bonus points for their qualifying
spending in the birthday month (the registered birthday month must be the same as the information shown on
his/her ID card or passport). The birthday bonus points will be credited to the member’s account automatically
within 2 days after check-out from the hotel stay or payment of charges in full for non-hotel stay.
(Note: Each member can earn a maximum of 30,000 extra birthday bonus points per year, and which is not
counted as part of the Birthday Double Bonus Points offered by The Point.)
- Members can check their latest point balance on the Go Royal Mobile App. All point records in Go Royal system should prevail,
final and conclusive. Go Royal will not accept any claim of missing bonus points after transaction. In the event of technical
issues or any abnormal incidents that prevent Go Royal from retrieving information of a member's point balance from the system,
Participating Hotels will not bear any responsibilities for any loss or damage.
- The Point bonus points shall have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points
cannot be sold, bought, transferred or moved to other accounts.
- Participating Hotels reserve the right to terminate the Go Royal membership of any Go Royal
member immediately if they are found using the Go Royal member account (including but not
limited to registering member account, bonus points or redeeming rewards) in any dishonest
way. The Go Royal member's points will be forfeited immediately and no reward redemption
will be allowed. Participating Hotels shall have the right to request a return of all
redeemed rewards and to lodge a claim for compensation of any losses suffered by
Participating Hotels. The individual in question shall have no right to object to such an
arrangement.
- Participating Hotels shall have the right to cancel or deduct points that are granted to any
members by error without prior notice.
- Participating Hotels will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems,
system malfunctioning, poor phone reception or blocking by third party applications that
cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer.
- If a Go Royal member breaches any of these terms and conditions, or if Participating Hotels
have reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions have been breached,
Participating Hotels shall have the right to suspend or terminate that membership and lodge
a claim for compensation of any losses suffered by Participating Hotels. Participating
Hotels will not accept any suspended or terminated memberships' registered mobile numbers to
register with Go Royal membership again.
- In case of disputes related to bonus points, SHK Real reserves the right of final decision.
b. Earning points with Hotel Stays
- Points may be earned for Qualifying Stays at all Participating Hotels. If in doubt, Members
should contact Participating Hotels for further clarification on exclusions and/or
limitations before making reservations.
- If a Go Royal Member is sharing a room with other Members, only one of the Go Royal Members
will be eligible to earn Points on Qualifying Stays.
- A Member can only earn The Points when the bill is settled by this staying member.
- Points may be earned for any Qualifying Spending, e.g. food and beverage, spa, laundry etc.
charged to a Member's room at a Participating Hotel under a Qualifying or non-Qualifying
Stay.
- A Member can only earn points for up to three rooms for the duration of his stay at the
Participating Hotel. The member’s stay period needs to overlap with the guests who stayed in
other two rooms for at least one night. The member needs to stay and settle the bill for all
rooms for the entire stay.
c. Earning Points as a Non-stay Guest
- Members may earn The Points on Qualifying Spending as a non-stay guest.
- Members must present their Go Royal Digital Membership Card through Go Royal Mobile App when paying the bill at
Participating Hotel restaurants or using the services of Spa as a non-staying guest in order to earn points.
Payment for the Qualifying Spending must be made by the Member in order to earn points.
d. Earning points with Takeaway & Delivery Service, and eShop
- Members who complete Takeaway & Delivery, or eShop transactions through Go Royal Mobile App only are to be rewarded

The Takeaway & Delivery and eShop service is operated by each Participating Hotel separately.
By completing such transactions through Go Royal Mobile App, it represents members expressly consent to Go Royal,
Participating Hotels, and The Point to transfer their Member IDs and transaction information
(such as hotel name, shop name, transaction date, time, spending amount, receipt number, and payment method),
and such data transfer will only be used for the calculation of bonus points to be issued to members.
- Points will be credited to the account of the member automatically within 2 days after the
transaction is confirmed.

e. Earning Points with Online Payment for Points-plus-Cash Rewards Redemption

Members who complete the points-plus-cash reward redemption with online payment for the cash portion through Go Royal Mobile App
are entitled to earn 1 The Point bonus point for every HK$1 spent. Points will be credited to
Go Royal account of the member automatically on the same day once the transaction is confirmed.
- Participating Hotels reserve the rights to reject the redemption according to operation
conditions and refund of the respective bonus points and special price will be made
accordingly. The redeemed bonus points and special price will be refunded, and the duration
of receiving refund depends on the practice of issuing banks of the credit cards; however,
SHK Real shall have no liability nor be held liable to pay any compensation shall be made
for any issues, loss, charges incurred due to rejection of the order. The Points earned from
the order will be deducted from account of the member at the same day of cancellation.

f. Earning points with Qualifying Events
- Qualifying Events refer to the qualifying meetings and events held by Go Royal members at
Participating Hotels.
- Only individuals can be enrolled in Go Royal, and only individuals can participate in
Qualifying Events. No corporations or organizations can hold a Go Royal membership and are
thus not eligible to earn Points with Qualifying Events.
- Qualifying Events can earn 1 The Point bonus point for every HK$1 Qualifying Event Charges
for a Qualifying Event, and can earn a maximum of 500,000 bonus points per event under a single
transaction.
- An eligible Go Royal Member must acknowledge that he/she is eligible to earn points for any
Qualifying Events, and shall release and indemnify Participating Hotels against any
liability or claim arising from any failure to declare any benefits received under
Qualifying Events or for breach of any applicable law or regulation, gift and incentive
policy, guideline or compliance requirement. Members are solely responsible for notifying
their employers, principals and/or clients of any Points rewarded in connection with
Qualifying Events.
- All terms and conditions of Go Royal also apply to Qualifying Events.
Go Royal Reward Redemption
a. General Conditions

Go Royal Members can redeem Go Royal member-exclusive hotels rewards with the respective
The Point bonus points and the special price (if applicable) needed via Go Royal Mobile App.
Upon confirmation, the corresponding bonus points will be deducted instantly from the member’s accounts.
No cancellation or point refund is allowed.
- Members are required to collect or use the redeemed rewards at the designated location or
Participating Hotels within the designated period in person. Otherwise, the rewards will be
forfeited automatically, with no refund of rewards, bonus points or the paid special price.
- To use an e-coupon or redeemed rewards through Go Royal Mobile App,
members must open the Go Royal Mobile App’s in-app scanner and scan the QR code provided by the Participating Hotels and the Restaurant,
in order to verify and confirm the use of the reward.
- Applicable to the online payment for Go Royal rewards redemption with special price:
- Members must reach 18 years of age or must obtain consent from parent(s) or legal
guardian(s) for members below the age of 18, who by accepting these Terms shall agree to
take responsibility for your actions and any charges associated with your use of the App
and/or redemption.
- SHK Real shall not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system
malfunctioning, poor phone reception, blocking by third party applications, incomplete/
inaccurate/ missing information provided by customers that cause the delay, loss,
mistake or corruption of an information transfer, which caused failure of completion of
order/transaction, failure of delivery of confirmation email for pick-up verification or
other issues of order/transaction.
- Members are required to register your eligible credit cards of Visa or MasterCard
(“Eligible credit cards”) in the Payment Method for online payment. Members are required
to select any registered eligible credit card for online payment in each redemption.
Members can remove any registered eligible credit card in the Payment Methods anytime.
- Special price shall be displayed in the Hong Kong Dollar. Points and special price
required may vary. Confirmation of the redemption means members accept bonus points and
special price required which is displayed upon redemption.
- Redemption includes full-points redemption and points-plus-cash redemption. All
points-plus-cash redemptions must be paid in advance through the system payment gateway
unless specified otherwise. No other payment method will be accepted except room rewards
redemption. Upon confirmation, the corresponding bonus points and special price will be
deducted instantly from the member’s accounts and eligible credit card. No change or
cancellation is allowed. No refund (whether in whole or in part) will be tendered to the
members by the Participating Hotels.
- Members who complete the rewards redemption with online payment for the special price
are entitled to 1 The Point bonus point for every HK$1 spent. The Point bonus points
will be credited to account of the member automatically on the same day once the
transaction is confirmed.
- SHK Real reserves the right to offer additional payment methods and/or remove existing
payment methods at any time in its sole discretion. All payments shall be processed by
third party payment service provider(s). Members understand and agree that respective
credit card / payment information will be stored with third party payment service
provider(s) upon confirmation of order information and payment.
- Members must ensure that there is sufficient fund on credit card or any related wallet
to fulfil payment of an order. SHK Real shall not bear any responsibility in any case of
failure of order placement caused by insufficient fund.
- Participating Hotels may reject the redemption according to their operation conditions
and refund of the respective bonus points and special price will be made accordingly.
The redeemed bonus points and special price will be refunded, the duration of receiving
refund depends on the practice of issuing banks of the credit cards; however, SHK Real
shall bear no liability nor be held liable to any compensation for any issues, loss,
charges incurred due to rejection of the order. The Point bonus points earned from the
order will be deducted from account of the member at the same day of cancellation.
- Points will be deducted from a member’s account once the reward redemption is confirmed, and
such redemption cannot be altered or cancelled. A reward redemption request will be rejected
if the point balance is insufficient or such request is not accepted by Participating
Hotels.
- Members hereby understand and accept that all privileges and rewards are available in
limited quantities, on a first come, first served basis, and that if a reward cannot be
redeemed before the deadline due to limited stock or similar reasons, there will be no
compensation for the reward or for the unused points towards it.
- Participating Hotels shall have the right to change the amount of points required to redeem
rewards from time to time.
- Black-out dates for the use of redeemed rewards may apply.
- All photos and descriptions of the rewards are for reference only, and the actual products
may vary. The rewards do not include any warranty, exchange, cash refund or change. Members
are responsible for checking the quality of rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards
will be re-issued and no points will be refunded afterwards.
- For rewards redemption through Go Royal Mobile App,
members must read and accept the description, and terms and conditions of respective rewards,
including but not limited to e-coupon expiry dates, food and beverages expiry dates etc.
- Participating Hotels reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the rewards and
privileges without prior notice.
- All rewards are only available while stocks last. Participating Hotels have the right to
terminate the provision of particular rewards or provide similar rewards as an alternative
without prior notice. Participating Hotels do not guarantee any rewards will constantly be
available during the promotion period.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless
specifically permitted by the Terms and Conditions that accompany the Rewards.
- In case of disputes related to reward redemption, Participating Hotels reserve the right of
final decision.
b. Redeeming Room Rewards
- Members must redeem Room Rewards at least 48 hours prior to arrival through Go Royal Mobile App, and must
complete the room booking with Participating Hotels through email, phone, or in person. If the Rooms Rewards
are redeemed by Points Plus Cash, members must settle the payment at least 48 hours before check-in
(through payment links provided by Participating Hotels or in person).
- Members must provide their Membership numbers when making reservations for Room Rewards and
present their Digital Membership Card upon check-in. Failure to provide relevant documents
to prove the member identity may result in the hotel’s refusal to permit the use of Room
Rewards.
- Redemption requests from parties other than the Member will not be processed.
- Room Rewards can be combined with paid hotel room night stay in one reservation.
- Room Rewards are not transferable and the room must be occupied by the Member.
- Room Rewards include any service charges applicable to the accommodation. Any associated
charges must be paid by the Member upon check-out.
- Upon a room reward reservation is confirmed, no amendment or cancellation is allowed, and
the respective points will be deducted from the Go Royal account of the member.
- In the event of a no-show for Room Rewards redemption, such Room Reward redemption will be
deemed fully used and all The Point that have been deducted for the Room Reward will
not be refunded.
- Members acknowledge that Participating Hotels reserve the right to limit the number of rooms made available for
Room Rewards at its sole and absolute discretion. Black-out periods may also be imposed, during which Room Rewards are not permitted.
These will be published on Go Royal Mobile App and may be amended at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of Participating Hotels.
- Room rewards redemption is subject to availability of redeemed participating hotel.
