1. This promotion is applicable for Go Royal Members only.
2. The redemption period of the rewards is from 18th Apr 2024, 12:00 till 5th May 2024, 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive.
3. The rewards are limited and are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last, and the on-shelf date/time of each kind of rewards may be different. The discount rate is calculated based on the suggested retail price and does not include the points required, and will be rounded down to two decimal places.

_{Anniversary Double Points Terms and Conditions}

1. This promotion is applicable for Go Royal Members only.
2. The promotion period is from 26 April 2024, 0:00 till 5 May 2024 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive.
3. To earn extra bonus points, participants are required to make qualifying spending at Go Royal participating hotels and restaurants (The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel, ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL, Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant (ifc mall, Hong Kong) or Sabatini Ristorante Italiano (ifc mall, Hong Kong) during promotional period. The extra bonus points do not include birthday bonus points.　The extra bonus points are not applicable to birthday bonus points.
4. To earn double points, participants must sign up as Go Royal members and make qualifying spending. Transactions made before becoming a Go Royal member are not eligible for points-earning.
5. "Qualifying Spending" means any spending on Qualifying Stays, Qualifying Events, food & beverage and spa & massages, made with e-payment at any Participating Hotels and Restaurant (dine-in and takeaway), takeaway & delivery service, eShop through Go Royal APP and rewards redemption (excludes points redemption portion) through Go Royal APP or WeChat Mini Programme.
6. Extra bonus Points will be credited to eligible member’s account within three weeks after the end of the promotion.

_{Anniversary Welcome Gift Terms and Conditions}

1. This promotion is applicable for Go Royal members only.
2. The promotion period is from 26 April 2024, 0:00 till 5 May 2024 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive.
3. Staying period must fall within the campaign period, and the last redemption date of the Welcome Gift is on 5 May 2024. Participants must become Go Royal members before collecting the Welcome Gift.
4. Members who book rooms through the “Qualifying Room Reservation Channels” (direct booking channels) at The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL can collect a complimentary Welcome Gift if they stay during the promotional period. Each member can only collect the Welcome Gift once, and only one member can collect the Welcome Gift per room per stay.
5. “Qualifying Room Reservation Channels” means Participating Hotels' official hotel room reservation channels, such as Participating Hotels' websites, Go Royal APP and WeChat Mini Programme, Participating Hotels' official telephone reservation hotlines and emails, and other Participating Hotels approved hotel room reservation channels as may be specified by Participating Hotels from time to time. Unless otherwise specified, third party online platforms, online service providers or online travel agents, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, TripAdvisor.com etc, are not Qualifying Room Reservation Channels.
6. The Welcome Gift is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
7. Guests must present the Go Royal digital membership card from Go Royal APP / WeChat Mini Programme and collect the Welcome Gift at the hotel front desk on or before check-out. The Welcome Gift will not be provided after check-out.
8. The use of the Welcome Gift is subject to the Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions showed on the Welcome Gift.

This promotion applies to all Royal Hotels, including The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL. Member must make room reservations through qualifying room reservation channels (direct booking channels) to enjoy the Anniversary Exclusive Room Offer.
3. “Qualifying Room Reservation Channels” means Participating Hotels' official hotel room reservation channels, such as Participating Hotels' websites, Go Royal APP and WeChat Mini Programme, Participating Hotels' official telephone reservation hotlines and emails, and other Participating Hotels approved hotel room reservation channels as may be specified by Participating Hotels from time to time. 4. Reservations and discounts are subject to the availability at the time of reservations. Tax and service charge are excluded.
5. Once the reservation is confirmed, no cancellation, amendment or transfer is allowed, and the paid room charge is non-refundable.

7. In the event of a no-show for the room booking, the room charge that has been paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
