<sub>Terms & Conditions of Go Royal Mid-Autumn Special
1. The redemption period of The Royal Garden's rewards are valid till 15th September 2023, while the promotion offers of Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel & ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL are valid till 10th September 2023.
2. Promotion offers of Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel & ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL are only valid for the members purchasing through the “e-shop” in Go Royal APP.
3. The mooncakes collection periods are as follow:
　The Royal Garden (White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Egg Yolks Mooncake, Mini Red Bean Paste with Dried Tangerine Peel Mooncake,
　Mini Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste with Egg Yolk Mooncake & Mini Egg Custard Mooncake): from 18th August – 24th September 2023;
　The Royal Garden (Mini Mooncake Gift Pack with Sake): from 1st September – 24th September 2023;
　Royal Plaza Hotel: from 28th August – 26th September 2023;
　Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel & ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL: from 28th August – 23rd September 2023.
4. Orders need to be placed at least 72 hours in advance with the pickup hotels and subject to availability. Mooncake supplies are subject to availability. The hotels reserve the right to provide alternatives if certain items are out of stock.
5. Mooncakes must be collected within the collection period, otherwise the products will be forfeited without refund upon the lapse of the collection period.
6. Order(s) of $3,000 or above from Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel & ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL can enjoy free delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or New Territories once. Free delivery service is only applicable to large residential estates, except remote areas and outlying islands. For order(s) under $3000, additional delivery fees will be charged, or only self-pick up at the respective hotel is available.
7. Offers are non-refundable , non-transferable and cannot be used as cash voucher and are not exchangeable for cash nor other products/services & cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
8. Offers are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis while stocks last.

11. Go Royal and the participating hotels reserve the right of final decision in case of disputes and amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
12. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

SHKP Club members’ double The Point bonus points offer is subject to terms and conditions. Corresponding terms and conditions are as follows:
1. The promotion period is valid till 15th September 2023, 11:59 PM (" promotion period"). Applicant must first redeem or purchase selected mooncakes through Go Royal APP and submit the form within the promotion period. After verification, qualified applicants can earn double The Point bonus points. Late application will not be considered.
2. The promotion offer is limited and is available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stock lasts.
3. The promotion is only valid for Go Royal and SHKP Club members. All applicants must have successfully signed up and then logged in to the Go Royal APP or Go Royal WeChat Mini-Programme.
4. Extra bonus points earned from the promotion will be credited to the eligible member’s account within three weeks after the end of the promotion period. Bonus points cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, nor for sale.
5. Registration will not be accepted if applicant fails to provide required information correctly, including valid Go Royal and SHKP Club membership number, english name, registered phone number for Go Royal and corresponding transaction amount and transaction date.
6. The Go Royal membership number and corresponding transaction record provided by the applicant shall match with the record in Go Royal APP, otherwise the application will be disqualified.
7. Upon taking part in this promotion, you accept that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this promotion. Go Royal and SHKP Club reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions, or to change or terminate this promotion without prior notice. In case of disputes, Go Royal and SHKP Club reserve the final right of decision.
