1. The redemption period of The Royal Garden's rewards are valid till 10th September 2024, while the promotion offers of Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel & ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL are valid till 10th September 2024.
2. Promotion offers of Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel & ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL are only valid for the members purchasing through the “e-shop” in Go Royal APP.
3. The mooncakes collection periods are as follow:
The Royal Garden: from 17th August – 15th September 2024;
Royal Plaza Hotel: from 15th August – 14th September 2024;
Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel & ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL: from 15th August – 11th September 2024.
4. Orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance with the pickup hotels and subject to availability. Mooncake supplies are subject to availability. The hotels reserve the right to provide alternatives if certain items are out of stock.
5. Mooncakes must be collected within the collection period, otherwise the products will be forfeited without refund upon the lapse of the collection period.
6. Order(s) of $3,000 or above from Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel & ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL can enjoy free delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or New Territories once. Free delivery service is only applicable to large residential estates, except remote areas and outlying islands. For order(s) under $3000, additional delivery fees will be charged, or only self-pick up at the respective hotel is available.
7. Offers are non-refundable , non-transferable and cannot be used as cash voucher and are not exchangeable for cash nor other products/services & cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
8. Offers are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis while stocks last.
