4. Orders need to be placed at least 3 days in advance with the pickup hotels and subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to provide alternatives if certain items are out of stock
5. Rice Dumplings must be collected within the collection period, otherwise the products will be forfeited without refund upon the lapse of the collection period
6. All Rice Dumplings are only available for self-pick up & not applicable for delivery service
7. Offer is non-refundable and cannot be used as cash voucher and is not exchangeable for cash nor other products/services & cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts
8. Offers are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis while stocks last
