1. The Campaign period of this Member Referral Programme (“Campaign”) is from 0:00 (GMT+8) 24 October 2022 till 31 December 2025 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
2. Referrer means any Go Royal member who participates in this Campaign by referring eligible friends to become Go Royal Purple or Go Royal Gold members.
3. Referee means a person who successfully completed either Go Royal Purple Membership enrolment or Gold Membership redemption on Go Royal App, then entered a valid Referral Code on the same day, and have not cancelled his/her Go Royal membership in the past 6 months prior to his/her enrolment/redemption date.
4. Go Royal Purple enrolment or Gold membership redemption date and time need to fall into Campaign Period.
5. Referee's Purple enrolment or Gold Membership redemption must be made on Go Royal App in order to be qualified to participate in this campaign.
6. In order for both Referrer and Referee to receive 500 points of Purple referral reward, the following conditions must be met: i. Referee must not be an existing Go Royal Purple Member and has not cancelled his/her Go Royal membership in the past 6 months prior to his/her enrolment date; ii.Referee must have successfully signed up as new Go Royal members within valid Campaign Period, and then logged in the Go Royal App and entered valid referral code in the "Referral Code" field on the same day after successful Go Royal Purple Membership enrolment.
7. In order for both Referrer and Referee to receive HK$50 Dining Coupon of Gold referral reward, the following conditions must be met:
i. Referee must not be an existing Go Royal Gold Member;
ii. Referee must have redeemed Gold membership on Go Royal App within the Campaign Period, and then entered valid referral code in the "Referral Code" field on the same day after successful redemption.
8. Each Referee can only be referred once. If a Referee is referred by more than one Referrer, only the first successfully entered Referral Code will be valid. The same referral code will be automatically applied to a Gold referee if this referee has entered a referral code earlier for his/her Go Royal Purple membership enrolment (if applicable).
9. Once a valid referral code is applied, it cannot be edited or changed.
10. Each Referee can only be entitled to earn up to 500 points and HK$50 dining coupon once only during the entire Campaign Period.
11. Each referrer can refer a maximum of 10 referees to become Go Royal Purple members; and there is no limit on Go Royal Gold referees.
12. Referrer and Referee cannot be the same person. Therefore, Referrer and Referee cannot refer each other and a Referee who has been successfully referred by one Referrer cannot be referred again by any other Referrers.
13. Referral Rewards cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, nor for sale.
14. In the event that Referees failed to enter a valid Referral Code on the same day after successful Purple enrolment or Gold redemption, the respective referral reward(s) will automatically be forfeited and cannot be retrieved.
15. The referral reward(s) for both Referrer and Referee will be forfeited, in the event that the Referee cancel the Go Royal Purple Membership or Gold Membership under any circumstance.
16. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Campaign by a Referrer or Referee (as determined by Go Royal at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the eligibility of both Referrer and Referee to participate in the Campaign and/or cancellation of the membership account(s) of the Referrer and/or Referee.
17. By participating in the Campaign, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

No, there is no need for your friend to enter your referral code again. One referee can only apply one referral code. The same referral code will be applied automatically, if your friend has entered your referral code earlier for his/her Go Royal Purple membership enrolment.
No you cannot. Once a valid referral code is applied, it cannot be edited or changed, and the same referral code will be automatically applied to your Gold Referral Reward.
Once your friend has successfully entered your valid referral code in the "Referral Code" field on the same day after successful signed up as a Go Royal Purple Member or redeemed Gold Membership Redemption on Go Royal App, you will immediately receive the referral reward(s).
You will receive a push notification notifying that you have successfully made a referral upon the successful registration of the referee or redemption of a Gold membership by using your referral code. Please ensure the push notification function is enabled on Go Royal App.
If your friend cancels the Go Royal Purple/Gold membership, both you and your friend’s referral reward(s) will be forfeited.
