Extra points earned from the promotion will be credited to eligible Go Royal account within two weeks after the end of the promotion (on or before 8 Sept 2024).
*”Designated qualifying spending" means any spending on qualifying stays, food & beverage and spa & massages, made with e-payment at any Participating Hotels and Restaurant (dine-in and takeaway), takeaway & delivery service, eShop through Go Royal APP and rewards redemption (excludes points redemption portion) through Go Royal APP or WeChat Mini Programme. Points earned from weddings, meetings, exhibitions or social events spending are not eligible for earning extra points.
Terms & Conditions
- The Campaign Period runs from 00:00 (GMT+8) 15 July 2024 to 23:59 (GMT+8) 25 August 2024, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
- During the Campaign Period, Go Royal members who complete and submit the designated form on the campaign website or Go Royal APP and successfully earn the designated points (accumulative and with no cap on the number of transactions) with designated qualifying spending at any of the participating hotels and restaurants, Go Royal APP or WeChat Mini Programme can earn extra points as follows:
- Earn 5,000 - 9,999 points during the campaign period to earn 5,000 extra points
- Earn 10,000 - 19,999 points during the campaign period to receive 20,000 extra points
- Earn 20,000 - 29,999 points during the campaign period to receive 60,000 extra points
- Earn 30,000 points or more during the campaign period to receive 120,000 extra points
- "Designated Qualifying Spending" means all spending on Qualifying Stays, food & beverage and spa & massages, made with e-payment at participating hotels and restaurants (dine-in and takeaway); takeaway & delivery service, eShop via Go Royal APP and rewards redemption (excluding points redemption portion) via Go Royal APP or WeChat Mini Programme.
- Spending from “Qualifying Event” is excluded. Points earned from weddings, meetings, exhibitions or social events spending are not eligible for earning extra points.
- This campaign only applies to the spending within the promotional period and is based on the date of the transaction. No extra points can be earned for designated spending made before 15 July 2024, except for pre-paid “Qualifying Stays”.
- “Qualifying Stays” means that the stay must fall within the campaign period. This means that members must check in on or after 15 July 2024, and successfully earn points from “Qualifying Stays”.
- All information provided on the form must be correct, otherwise the registration will not be considered. Registrations outside campaign period will not be accepted.
- Each member can only earn extra points once, up to a maximum of 120,000 extra points. Bonus Points earned in birth month promotion and Welcome Bonus Points are excluded from the calculation of accumulative points.
- Extra points will be credited to eligible members' accounts within two weeks after the end of the promotion.
- The campaign is subject to Go Royal’s Terms & Conditions. Go Royal reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions, or to change or terminate this promotion without prior notice. In case of disputes, Go Royal reserves the final right of decisions.
- Upon taking part in this campaign, you accept that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this promotion.
- In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
